LAND ACQUISITION

As a company we are constantly looking for development land. We look to source land with or without a planning consent and can do this through outright purchase or as a Joint Venture project. We will undertake "Subject to Planning" contracts, Options to Buy and Promotional Agreements. 

PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

At Tanglewood Homes, we are Property Developers in our own right. We develop new homes, commercial properties and general mixed use developments. Our New Home  development site size varies from 10 -60 units in the South East and South  Central Area of England.
